The Route

Your adventure begins at Ogwen Cottage, from where you’ll make your way to the base of Bristly Ridge. From there, the route leads you up the ridge to the summit of Glyder Fach, continuing across to Glyder Fawr before descending on well-trodden paths toward Llyn Idwal and the car park below.

If weather or mountain conditions make Bristly Ridge unsafe, your guide will select a suitable alternative scramble or guided route elsewhere in Snowdonia—ensuring a rewarding and safe day out, whatever the weather.
